A kettlebell workout will burn fat, increase lean muscle and improve shape, flexibility and stamina.

General Information:
For Adults
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:15pm
$5.00 drop in fee for both days inclusive (whether a participant attends both days or just one)


Located at the J. Richard Martin Community Center in the Auditorium
Please bring water, a mat and a towel
Kettle bells are provided (participants are welcome to bring their own)

Summer Break Starts after June 11th
  • Class will be on summer break starting after June 11th. Classes will resume in September!!
