KDL Kettlebell Fitness

Instructed by Kathryn Danylik-Lagasse.

A kettlebell workout will burn fat, increase lean muscle and improve shape, flexibility and stamina.

Kathryn's last class at the Community Center will be on Tuesday, April 7th. We are in the process of finding a different Kettlebell instructor to offer a similar class. More info to be posted, if you have questions please contact Brian Dunphe-

General Information:
For Adults
Tuesday & Thursday 5:30-6:15pm
$5.00 drop in fee for both days inclusive (whether a participant attends both days or just one)

Saturday's 9:30-10:15am $3.00 drop in fee

Located at the JR Martin Community Center in the Auditorium
Please bring water, a mat and a towel
Kettle bells are provided (participants are welcome to bring their own)
