A kettlebell workout will burn fat, increase lean muscle, and improve shape, flexibility and stamina.
Kettlebell Workouts
- For Adults
- Tuesday & Thursday Drop-in classes: 5:30pm to 6:15pm & Thursday @ 6:30pm to 7:15pm/ $5.00 for
- both days inclusive
- Saturday morning class @ 9:30am/ $3.00 per class
- Instructed by Kathryn Danylik-Lagasse
- Located at the JR Martin Community Center in the Auditorium
- Please bring water, a mat and a towel
- Kettle bells are provided (participants are welcome to bring their own)
