Are you a diabetic on Medicare? If so, you are entitled to one pair of therapeutic shoes, plus inserts each calendar year, paid for by Medicare. Come pick a shoe style, and get measured for new shoes! BY APPOINTMENT ONLY! Call Debbie or Linda at 282-5005 or stop by the Ross Center to sign-up.

Please Bring:
  • Medicare card
  • Primary doctors name, address, and phone number
  • Secondary insurance (if you have one)
