The goal of this program is to:
Maintain and improve essential hockey skills including stickhandling, shooting, and hand eye coordination
Provide an avenue for improvement throughout the summer in conjunction with summer hockey and Saco Bay’s Performance Program
Improve puck awareness and hockey game sense through the use of game film of various levels of hockey and skill work
***Understandably players have several athletic commitments, family commitments, and work commitments throughout the summer. The six session program is designed at an affordable cost so that it is possible for athletes to miss a session if there is a conflict. A player will however gain the most by attending as many sessions as possible. Players will be split up into groups based on age and ability.
