Whatever the weather you can find people in our gym staying active and healthy everyday! Walking for fun and fitness isn’t limited to strolling by yourself around local neighborhood streets: you can use our gym to make walking an enjoyable and social part of your lifestyle.

Walking is a gentle, low-impact exercise that can ease you into a higher level of fitness and health. It is one of the easiest ways to be physically active and can be done almost anywhere and at any time! Just one hour every day can increase cardiovascular fitness, strengthen bones, reduce excess body fat and boost muscle power and endurance.
