Join us for a STAR PARTY! Get prepared for the greatest total Solar Eclipse of the century happening on August 21, 2017. This will be THE most watched astronomical event in the history of humankind! Learn a little about the magic and mystery surrounding this epic event and its meaning. Be prepared! Then watch the two largest planets in our solar system live. They are Jupiter and Saturn, the king of the planets and the ringed jewel. Learn about their motions and what it would be like to be there. Then learn some constellations and just enjoy the beauty of the night sky that is always there.
*There will be binoculars and telescopes available to use.
